Job Summary

We’re seeking part-time GoHighLevel (GHL) Lead & Appointment Setting Specialist to manage inbound leads, automate follow-up workflows, and book qualified appointments for our agency.

This role is ideal for someone who understands GoHighLevel inside and out and can build, optimize, and manage lead pipelines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads inside GoHighLevel
• Set up and optimize automation workflows (email, SMS, triggers)
• Build and manage pipelines
• Assign tags, stages, and routing rules
• Book appointments directly into calendars
• Monitor lead response times and follow-up sequences
• Improve conversion rates from lead to scheduled appointment
• Maintain clean CRM organization
