What You’ll Do

Our team is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can balance content creation, project coordination, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on digital execution to help elevate our brand and support company-wide growth initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys building processes, and is energized by owning multiple projects at once. You’ll work closely with teams across the company, manage a dynamic task list, and play a key role in keeping our brand consistent, relevant, and impactful.

Social Media & Content (Heavy Focus)

  • Manage and create daily content across all social media channels (Sprout Social).
  • Monitor social media for brand comments, questions, and “putting out fires” as needed.
  • Maintain and build out the content calendar, ensuring posts are queued, optimized, and on schedule.

Creative Production

  • Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, event signage, templates, and presentations.
  • Capture and edit photography (events, headshots, branded content).
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns and internal use.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns & automation workflows in HubSpot (our newly adopted CRM).
  • Update and maintain company website content (WordPress).
  • Support SEO/AEO/SGE/GEO/AIO optimization initiatives.
  • Pull analytics and reporting to help inform decision-making.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Work in a shared project management tool daily to manage assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings with different stakeholders.
  • Support campaign execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Contribute to employee advocacy programs and thought leadership content.

Professional Development

  • Opportunities for certification coursework, marketing training, and attending industry events - including the HubSpot conference.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (or experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, CMS tools, social scheduling tools, and creative workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & InDesign required).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern digital design constraints.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and thrive in an environment where priorities evolve.
  • Skills in project management, market research, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Preferred Certifications: PCM (Professional Certified Marketer) or CDMP (Certified Digital Marketing Professional)
