Event Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Representative to represent our company at the Western New England Homeshow on the weekend of March 14th and 15th in Western Connecticut University. This role focuses on engaging attendees, generating qualified leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage and attract attendees to our booth
• Present and explain our products/services clearly and confidently
• Qualify potential customers and collect contact information
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
• Maintain a professional, upbeat presence throughout the event
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or promotional experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
