Job Summary

The company seeks a dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to drive strategic revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand visibility.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting federal, commercial, and event sectors.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing national sales team focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
• Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and partnerships that maximize long-term business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership
• 5+ years of experience managing government or federal contracts (RFPs, RFQs, GSA processes)
