Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager will support the development of strategy and execute tactics directed at health care professionals in the hospital setting for the promotion of KCENTRA in the US. This individual will drive brand growth and increase brand equity by leading insight-driven marketing recommendations and execution focused on HCP education, adoption, and advocacy. The role also involves advancing and managing the core promotional strategy, the peer-based promotional plan, and the HCP scientific education plan, while managing multiple initiatives, supporting annual brand planning, and agency management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful creative, messaging, and core content aligned with the commercial strategy.
  • Drive non-personal and personal HCP engagement and education activities.
  • Lead cross-functional support teams including medical affairs, insights analytics, corporate accounts, and the field sales organization to drive key insights and customer-driven decisions for the brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant healthcare experience with 5+ years in commercial marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Preferred experience marketing to HCPs within the hospital setting.
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
  • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful online and offline tactics, including digital, print, and video.
  • A demonstrated passion and empathy for building meaningful experiences by understanding customer needs and desires.
  • Experience in building productive partnerships and collaborating effectively in a matrix organization.
