About Us Design Hierarchy is a boutique creative studio that launches ideas the world can't ignore. Mainly we work with purpose-driven organizations — from global nonprofits to cultural institutions — crafting brand identities, campaigns, and social media that move people.

The Role We're looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist to bring our clients' stories to life online. This part-time role (15–20 hrs/week) is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands visual storytelling, and can run paid campaigns across multiple brands — each with its own voice and mission.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day social media across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop content calendars tailored to each client's goals and campaign timelines
• Write sharp, on-brand copy — adapting your voice to fit each brand
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Monitor ad budgets, targeting, and performance to maximize ROI
• Track and analyze organic and paid performance — translating data into clear, actionable insights
• Engage with client communities and nurture authentic connections

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of social media or digital marketing experience, ideally across multiple brands or clients
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
• Strong grasp of digital analytics — Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and beyond
• An eye for aesthetics and the ability to write copy that complements great design
• Able to juggle multiple workstreams without losing the details
• Genuine interest in social impact, culture, or purpose-driven work

Compensation Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
