Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing & AI Solutions

We’re expanding our sales team to bring our innovative services to businesses nationwide — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative who loves making connections and closing deals.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses across the country.
• Introduce our AI Smart Video Marketing, Website Design, SEO, and Social Media solutions.
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs.
• Present, demo, and close sales over the phone and via email.
• Manage both new and existing accounts.
• Work from qualified leads provided by Enter.Net — no need to prospect on your own.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (service-based industry preferred).
• Proven ability to present and close deals over the phone.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day and able to consistently hit daily outreach targets (calls, emails, and follow-ups).
• Familiar with using a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships.
• Driven by results, motivated by commission, and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Excited to learn about and sell cutting-edge AI marketing services.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$25/hour base pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses.
• Weekly pay with clear earning potential: $90K–$140K annually.
