Executive Assistant to Senior Marketing Leadership

• Pay Rate: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
• Language Preference: Bilingual Korean preferred, not required

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior marketing leadership and their team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and coordination
• Organize and support special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by leadership
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior or C-suite executives in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with marketing operations or related functions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred, not required)
