Your Opportunity
As the Platform Marketing Lead for EY Fabric, our global integrated platform, you will play a pivotal role in defining its positioning and messaging. Reporting to the Technology Marketing Lead, you will collaborate closely with technology leaders to advance EY's AI strategy and increase the adoption of EY Fabric. This role also involves developing cohesive marketing strategies that underscore the value of EY Fabric to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Positioning and Messaging: Work alongside EY Fabric leadership to craft and refine the platform's overarching positioning. Collaborate with the EY Fabric Activation Leader to identify adoption gaps across EY’s various businesses and regions, prioritizing initiatives to boost engagement. Partner with individual product teams to create tailored messaging that supports the broader EY Fabric narrative and aligns with EY’s technology positioning.
- Internal Campaigns: Team up with the Client Technology communications group to create and execute internal campaigns that inspire adoption of EY Fabric among our technologists. Showcase impactful use cases and stories about EY Fabric’s benefits internally.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with platform product and component teams to ensure their messaging aligns seamlessly with the larger EY Fabric strategy.
- Marketing Asset Development: Design and manage a comprehensive suite of marketing assets that represent both the EY Fabric platform and its individual products. Work with the BMC Asset Factory to streamline the creation of templates, fact sheets, videos, and other materials, ensuring compliance through necessary approvals.
- Naming Oversight: Manage the naming conventions for products and components, maintaining clarity and alignment with EY’s naming standards.
- Navigator Page Management: Oversee content on the EY Fabric Navigator page, ensuring it effectively communicates the platform’s capabilities and value.
- Measurement and Reporting: Set metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report results to inform future strategies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
We look for candidates who possess
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in a technology or professional services setting.
- A proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the capability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills that facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder influence.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding you based on your performance while recognizing your contributions to our business. The base salary range for this role is $96,300 to $180,100, varying based on experience and location.
