Position Overview

Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. REMOTE POSITION – FlexStaff is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our client's online growth initiatives. Are you passionate about crafting innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive real results? Do you thrive on analyzing data, optimizing strategies, and creating engaging content? As a key player in our marketing team, you’ll develop and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns, leverage analytics to boost search rankings and conversions, and engage audiences across social media and email channels. You will work closely with internal teams to craft compelling content, optimize landing pages for SEO, and implement sophisticated automation tactics using Marketo – including personalized nurture streams and smart audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive growth, utilizing analytics and metrics to enhance search results, conversions, and lead generation.
• Update, maintain, and manage social media pages and website content, collaborating with various departments.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies and automation programs in Marketo, supporting business objectives through targeted campaigns.
• Leverage advanced Marketo tactics such as automated nurture streams, personalized landing pages, and smart audience segmentation.
• Create relevant, engaging, and educational content to increase organic search traffic, ecommerce transactions, and leads.
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external partners like Conductor to optimize landing pages and webpages for SEO.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
