WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Intern

POSITION SCOPE: The E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Intern will support the E-Commerce and Digital team in executing key initiatives across site operations and campaigns. This internship is designed to provide a meaningful, hands-on learning experience within the luxury retail space, offering exposure to how digital strategy, storytelling, and commerce come together to support brand growth. This intern will play an active role in supporting a project launch while gaining foundational experience in E-Commerce platforms and digital marketing execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support launches by assisting with pre-launch activities including content organization, site testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless go-live
  • Assist with day-to-day E-Commerce operations, including updating site content in Shopify and supporting overall site maintenance
  • Perform site QA testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support digital marketing campaign execution through asset coordination and organization
  • Route marketing copy and creative for internal approvals, ensuring timelines are met
  • Assist in the setup and testing of paid digital campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables
  • Gain exposure to digital performance tracking and reporting as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field
  • Strong interest in luxury retail, E-Commerce, and digital marketing
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, digital marketing platforms, or analytics tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
