Full of Grace Marketing is looking for a social media-savvy intern to help us grow! We specialize in Social Media Management, Social Media Strategy, Website Management, and Email Marketing for Small Businesses all over the USA. Our mission is to “Inspire every small business to grow, connect, and expand their reach through social media, marketing, and content creation.” If you love learning and enjoy social media, we’d love to give you the experience you need to find your special place in the world.
- Requirements to apply:
- Submit 1 piece of content for our agency's social media. Include design and copy for the post.
- Submit a post you love from a business account on social media and why you love what they did. *Must be a business account, not a personal branding or creator account.
You would help us
Work on a wide variety of projects from start to finish alongside Sarah (Founder) and her team, including:
- Content Creation for company accounts
- Organize Content Calendar Monthly
- Scheduling Social Media Posts
- Social Media Analytics
- Brainstorming Marketing Ideas
- Graphic Design
- Manage Social Media Channels
- Community Engagement
- Video Content Creation
- Research Projects
- Work directly with clients and team
You should possess some of the following skills and qualities:
- Social media savvy
- Deep understanding of existing and emerging channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
- Previous social media experience preferred but not required
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
- Graphic experience is preferred but not required (Canva.com)
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Experience with Social Media Management software a plus (Hootsuite, Loomly etc.)
Our ideal candidate
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Hours per week: 10 hours are preferred (Working virtually from home mostly, meeting the team in person monthly, attending client meetings as needed)
- Be flexible with meeting locations (if needed), meeting at clients’ locations or different locations around the city. (San Antonio, TX only)
- Must own a laptop to complete work on and bring to meetings if needed.
- Must be comfortable working and attending training sessions on Zoom.
- Work with us for at least 6 months to gain experience and maximize your time with our team, assisting our company.

Our Company - Marketing Agency
Our team serves clients worldwide from Texas and Puerto Rico. Our work is mostly remote but the team in San Antonio attends in-person client meetings and bi-weekly team gatherings. Sarah, the Founder of Full of Grace Marketing lives in Puerto Rico and works with the team 100% remotely.
