Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Part-Time → Full-Time)

Get Toxd is growing, and we're looking for a marketing professional who's ready to grow with us. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and SEO strategy from day one, while working closely with our team and clients to make sure everything we put out reflects our brand and delivers real results.

This role starts part-time, but there's a clear path to full-time as we scale, if you're looking for a place where your work translates directly into more responsibility (and more hours), this could be a great fit.

What you'll do

• Plan, edit, and manage our social media campaigns end to end from content creation to publishing and performance tracking.
• Design and execute SEO strategies to grow our organic reach and visibility.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients: understanding their needs, keeping them updated, and building trust through clear, proactive communication.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure content stays aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
• Bring ideas to the table, we want someone who takes initiative, not just executes tasks.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Proven, hands-on experience managing and editing social media content/campaigns
• Solid, practical understanding of SEO best practices
• Excellent client communication skills, professional, clear, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines without close supervision
• Bonus: experience working with small businesses or agencies
