Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewes, DE, for the Vice President of Marketing. The V.P. Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing and public relations efforts. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the company’s brand visibility. The candidate will also work closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Expertise in Marketing, Marketing Management, and strategy execution to develop and oversee impactful campaigns.
• Experience with Public Relations to enhance brand reputation and effectively communicate with stakeholders and the public.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience in a marketing environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
