Part-time hire with 10-20 hours/week to start with&nbsp;potential for growth with the right candidate.<br><br><strong>What we’re looking for:<br></strong><br>A social media manager confident in organic content creation and analytics to drive our&nbsp;social media presence, creating high quality, original content to boost brand visibility and trust,&nbsp;drive traffic to our website, grow our social following, and improve engagement rates.<br><br>As a caregiving platform, we hold ourselves to a high standard of authenticity and trust with our&nbsp;audiences. We’re looking for someone who produces thoughtful, quality content tailored to our&nbsp;unique audience segments, helping us build a solid foundation for brand awareness and growth.<br><br><strong>Platforms:</strong> Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok<br><br><strong>Core Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute an organic social media strategy based on brand guidelines,product offerings, seasonal topics, brand partnerships, and business goals.<br>○ Community management: Actively oversee channel engagement, monitoringcomments, and seeking out opportunities for interaction or reposting<br>○ Get creative: We need someone willing to take a risk and help us grow, testingdifferent types of content, evaluating performance, identifying trends and&nbsp;opportunities<br>○ Stay organized: Plan and schedule monthly social calendar with 1-3 posts perweek (we use Loomly)<br>○ Strong copy skills: Write creative copy, captions, and scripts, with strategic&nbsp;tagging and hashtags<br>○ Awareness of our audience: Tailor content to our different audience segments&nbsp;based on channels</li> <li>Collaborate with the Sales/Business, Design, and Copy teams</li> <li>Coordinate with paid marketing campaigns and SEO efforts</li> <li>Present monthly analytic reports with strategic suggestions for improvement</li> <li>Maintain a schedule of availability for communicating with the team, ensuring anyrequests are met in a timely manner</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience coordinating with paid marketing campaigns</li> <li>Expertise growing YouTube and TikTok channels</li> <li>B2B Marketing and LinkedIn - organic and/or paid</li> <li>Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, caregiving, senior care, dialysis, or other types of in-home care</li> </ul> <p>To apply, respond with a cover letter explaining your relevant experience, a link to your content portfolio, and examples of your social strategy.<br><br><strong>Why join Herewith<br></strong><br>At Herewith you have a chance to reach a growing audience in need of connection and&nbsp;community.
