What The Position is About

• • Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company including digital, traditional, and nontraditional marketing (strong focus on field marketing, TV, traditional and digital marketing)
• • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
• • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team
• • Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
• • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
• • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
• • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
• • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals

The Right Candidate Will Have

• • Senior marketing experience within the home improvement industry
• • Marketing leadership experience at a $40M+ company
• • Experience overseeing field marketing teams as well as TV, traditional, and digital marketing
• • Call center oversight experience is preferred
