Executive Marketing Operations Coordinator

Supports the Product Marketing team by owning executive operations, administrative execution, and cross-functional follow-through across the product management Team. This role exists to reduce leadership administrative and cognitive load, ensuring continuity across initiatives, and translate decisions into consistent execution. This is a non–people-managing role with no direct authority over teams, strategy, forecasting, or performance outcomes. Success is driven by judgment, organization, discretion, relationship building and execution reliability rather than hierarchy or decision rights.

Responsibilities

• Executive Administrative Operations & Enablement
• Support of Product Marketing team
• Building organizational automations
• Approval tracking
• Communication drafts, summaries
• Calendar management/scheduling, travel planning
• Meeting agendas, briefing notes, action items
• Initiative tracking

Required

• Bachelors degree
• Experience supporting a senior leader in an executive operations, enablement, or administrative role
• Strong written communication and editing skills
• High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Product Management or Product Marketing

Desired

• Experience with ACT!, Dot Digital, Zapier, Concur, Notion, Slack, Salesforce

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
