Growth & Marketing Manager

Compensation: $65k–$85k + performance bonus

Now we’re looking for the person who can turn all of that into a scalable, measurable growth system.

What This Role Is

You own the systems that turn attention into members, and members into long-term clients

You will

  • Work directly with ownership and leadership
  • Have visibility into the full business (sales, operations, training)
  • Own outcomes like lead volume, CPL, CAC, and funnel conversion
  • Build systems that directly impact revenue

This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership early, move quickly, and grow into a high-impact position.

You will be responsible for building and optimizing the full growth engine at Iron Culture.

That includes

  • Paid and organic acquisition
  • Funnel conversion
  • Campaigns and offers
  • Marketing analytics and reporting
  • Directing content to support revenue
  • Continuous testing and iteration

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Consistent lead flow across locations
  • Clear visibility into funnel performance
  • At least 1–2 measurable improvements in conversion
  • Campaigns running with structured testing
  • A reporting system leadership uses weekly
