JMC Home RemodelingDigital Marketing & Brand Specialist Reports to: President & Marketing Director Position Summary The Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist is responsible for managing and growing JMC Home Remodeling's online presence, brand visibility, and client engagement. This role oversees social media, website content, digital marketing campaigns, brand materials, and promotional initiatives while supporting marketing strategies that attract new clients and strengthen relationships with past clients. Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Create and manage consistent social media activity across all platforms. Platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter/X Houzz Pinterest Google My Business Responsibilities Create and publish 3-4 posts per week Maintain active engagement 5 days per week Liking, saving, commenting, and interacting with content Promote new remodeling projects Create Stories, Reels, and project highlights Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content Run boosted posts or ads when needed Monitor engagement and page growth Develop B2C and B2B connections Track analytics and adjust content strategy Website & Digital Content Manage and improve the company's digital presence. Responsibilities Maintain and update the WordPress website Write and publish blog posts about remodeling topics Promote projects for online and print advertising Track monthly website visitors and analytics Adjust marketing content based on performance data Video & Multimedia Content Create and post videos for the JMC YouTube channel Share video content across social media platforms Capture job site footage, project walkthroughs, and team content Edit short-form video content using CapCut and Adobe tools Create Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos Graphic Design & Creative ProductionDesign Tools Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Creative Suite Canva CapCut Responsibilities Design graphics for: Social media Website Email newsletters Marketing campaigns Create branded templates and marketing visuals Produce graphics for blog posts and project features Edit images and marketing assets for digital and print use Content Writing Write blogs, articles, and project features related to remodeling Develop educational and promotional content Write captions, ad copy, and marketing messaging Print & Client Marketing Develop marketing materials that strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities Create prospective client mailings Design company brochures Produce company newsletters Physical newsletter 1-2 times per year Awards & Industry Recognition Assist with submissions for remodeling awards. Responsibilities Gather before and after photos Prepare project descriptions Organize and edit materials using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or MS Publisher Submit entries for local and national remodeling awards Client Experience & Brand EngagementGift Marketing Coordinate branded merchandise for: Team recognition Client gifts Provide gifts throughout the client journey Client Appreciation & Referral Programs Organize private appreciation events for clients Coordinate holiday appreciation gifts or cards Manage referral incentive programs Community Involvement & Charitable Initiatives Support company participation in local charitable programs Example:
