Senior Vice President of Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President Of Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: Gladstone, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an innovative marketing vision to position the company as an industry leader
• Create and execute a comprehensive, data-driven strategy for lead generation and brand visibility
• Analyze market trends and competition to refine marketing approaches
• Align marketing strategies with business objectives in partnership with senior leaders
• Establish metrics for assessing marketing performance and facilitate data-informed decisions
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively for optimal results
• Develop and lead events-based marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally at the SVP or VP level
• Proven success in the pharmaceutical, healthcare consulting, or similar sectors
• Deep expertise in marketing both data-driven products and technology across various platforms
• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities
