Position Overview: The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across the Bank’s marketing technology platforms. This role leads to the development and deployment of email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and web content using the Bank’s marketing automation and Web CMS platforms. The position collaborates cross-functionally to ensure digital campaigns are strategically aligned and technically sound. A strong understanding of marketing automation, web content management, data utilization, and digital best practices is essential to support performance, engagement, and operational efficiency. Partner with the Sales & Marketing department to conceptualize, develop, and execute digital outreach initiatives for the Bank’s products, services, and programs, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s mission and strategic objectives. Maintain the company’s public website and utilize expertise to help further the online presence. Responsible for executing the development of digital content such as landing pages, online campaigns, and other media. Report on digital engagement trends and results of different initiatives. Be comfortable executing the development of integrated digital campaigns, emails, and maintain the communications portion of our CRM system. Essential Job Function: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead continuous updates and enhancements to the Bank’s public website. This professional will continue to further the Bank's online presence, to develop digital design content, including websites, online campaigns, email blasts and other graphics, and analyze the results. They will need to think quantitatively and analytically as well as creatively. Public Website and Digital Marketing Management Provide strategic oversight and ongoing maintenance of the company’s public website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand and business objectives. Lead the execution of digital strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and marketing priorities, including the design and deployment of high impact landing pages for campaigns, events, and initiatives. Leverage data across our marketing technology stack (Liferay, Eloqua, Oracle CX Sales, and Google Analytics) to support digital campaign execution, optimize performance, enhance user engagement, and deliver actionable insights. Conceptualize, create, and publish compelling, brand aligned digital content in collaboration with Marketing, Member Business, and other cross functional partners. Serve as the primary liaison across business units to source content, guide contributors, and ensure timely, accurate, and up to date website publishing. Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive, intuitive, and consistent user experiences across the website and related digital communications. Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for new digital content, functional enhancements, and experience improvements. Manage relationships with digital and technology vendors, as well as website budget oversight, including expense tracking and coordination. Act as a Liferay CMS subject matter expert, providing governance, training, and support to ensure compliant usage; maintain digital forms and agreements in accordance with established procedures. Own website budget management, including expense tracking and vendor coordination. Email Distribution Build, execute, and launch marketing communications accurately and on schedule across multiple channels, including email campaigns and digital/web marketing. Ensure proper reviews and maintenance of files. Administer and support the Bank’s marketing platforms (Eloqua and CX Sales), including system usage, campaign execution, and user training. Maintain CRM data and its integrity by updating and managing organization and contact records, as well as targeted segments, as it relates to communications and campaigns. Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics; communicate results to stakeholders and recommend optimizations to improve open, click, and response rates. Maintain and manage audience segmentation and distribution lists to ensure targeted, compliant communications. Document and track customer communications distributed by Member Business and other Bank departments to ensure visibility, accuracy, and reporting consistency. Produce and distribute communication performance reports to internal stakeholders in a timely and error-free manner. Other Duties: Ad Hoc digital design requests Research and identify technological items that will enhance the Marketing and Sales department’s outreach efforts. Perform special projects as assigned Experience: Preferably five to eight years in-house digital marketing and website experience is required, in addition to some project lead experience. Financial experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. Strong background in building and maintaining professional websites and digital experiences; portfolio required. Hands-on experience creating and deploying email communications and campaigns in Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms. Experience in a corporate setting preferred. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Web Content Management Systems (e.g., Liferay or similar enterprise CMS) and Google Analytics (GA4). Advanced proficiency in CRM Systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Eloqua or similar) including email campaign development, segmentation, landing page, form and survey creation, and campaign deployment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS with a strong understanding of email and web development best practices, including cross-client and mobile compatibility; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) or similar to modify digital assets for web and email. Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve platform, integration, and campaign execution issues. Additional Skills: Excellent comprehension of digital marketing, web design, and web analytics; ability to manage various related projects from concept to execution. Strong attention to detail with a high standard for brand consistency and understanding of UX/UI design methods and principles (experience with Figma is a plus). Must understand how to design and develop cross-browser/platform compatibility following best practices and accessibility standards. Excellent project management and communication skills. Detail-oriented and creative with strong critical thinking, concept development, and time-management skills. Strong technical research and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage external vendors and multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design and Development, or a related field required. Master’s degree or additional certifications in a similar field a plus; Specific knowledge of HTML, web design, WordPress, CSS, SEO, and Analytics required.
