Are you organized, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn? Do you enjoy creating content, connecting with people, and helping bring ideas to life?

We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our small, fast-moving team.

We are a growing creative business, so we need someone who can stay organized, pay attention to the details, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed. One day you may be creating content, and the next you may be helping prepare an event, researching a potential partner, or organizing materials with our Event Lead.

What You'll Do

Create social media content, Reels, photos, and videos.

Help plan and schedule social media.

Create newsletters and email campaigns.

Help with marketing and promotions.

Research potential partners and new opportunities.

Assist with outreach and follow-ups.

Work with our Event Lead to prepare for events.

Organize event materials, supplies, and details.

Help with event setup and breakdown.

Capture photos and videos at events.

Keep marketing projects, contacts, deadlines, and tasks organized.

Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling to events throughout the Bay Area

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, email marketing, photography, or events is a plus.

You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Schedule

28–30 hours per week, based in Oakland with events throughout the Bay Area. Some evening and weekend availability is required.
