Manager Social Media

Lincoln Tech is looking for a creative, data-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across corporate and campus channels. This hybrid role (2+ days onsite at our Corporate Office in Parsippany, NJ) offers the chance to shape how we connect with prospective students, build community, and tell compelling stories across multiple campuses nationwide.

You'll develop content that drives real results, mentor a network of campus Social Media Admins, and use analytics to continuously improve performance. If you love creating engaging content, building communities, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead social media strategy and execution across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Create compelling visual and written content that generates brand awareness and drives student enrollment
• Train and support Social Media Admins across our campus network
• Cover events, produce live streams, and create engaging recaps
• Monitor trends, respond to community engagement, and manage online reputation
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Manage relationships with campus teams, vendors, and platform representatives

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, including team management
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred)
• Strong creative skills with platforms like Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
• Analytics mindset with ability to turn data into strategy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Knowledge of SEO principles and social media best practices

Bonus Points For

• Higher education or lead generation experience
• Social media marketing or digital advertising certifications
