Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a data-driven mindset to support brand building and drive sales growth across social media and e-commerce platforms. This role will involve both content marketing and e-commerce operations, requiring close collaboration with our operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts (Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and plan/post content
• Create short videos, images, and captions to increase brand exposure and engagement
• Monitor platform trends and propose creative content ideas aligned with brand identity
• Assist with product listings, including images, titles, and descriptions
• Support online advertising and promotional campaigns to improve product visibility
• Monitor product performance, customer reviews, and feedback, and recommend improvements
• Analyze basic performance data (social media + sales metrics) to optimize marketing results
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory aligns with online sales

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Chinese/English preferred
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or online advertising
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
