Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media Lead)

NoGood is a growth consultancy behind Nike, TikTok, and Spring Health's success. You'll lead a paid media team while executing 7-figure campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok—driving real growth for category-defining brands. First 3 months: Assess and stabilize current team performance; establish clear processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across all platforms. Own 2-3 active client accounts; deliver first month performance reports with ROAS, CPA, and conversion lift analysis. Build foundational team coaching rhythm; conduct one-on-ones and establish skill gaps for training and development. Develop and present paid media strategy playbook to leadership; document best practices for budget allocation, bidding, and audience segmentation. Key metrics: ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR & Conversion Rate, Team Utilization & Throughput, Client Satisfaction & Retention. Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, A/B Testing Platforms, CRM/Client Management Tools, Reporting Dashboards. Salary: $65K-$100K base. Ideal candidate: You've managed 7-figure+ ad budgets across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) with proven ROAS gains. You thrive in a player/coach role—equally comfortable executing campaigns and mentoring a small team. You're analytical and obsessed with data: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS aren't buzzwords, they're your north star. You want exposure to category-defining brands and a consultancy environment where your work scales across clients. You can communicate technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders and manage client expectations with clarity.
