We’re partnering with a leading healthcare company to find a talented SEO & Google Ads Specialist to support a dynamic marketing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead performance marketing initiatives for diverse clients within an innovative agency setting. The position is temporary, spanning approximately 27 to 52 weeks, and requires on-site collaboration primarily in our office.

SEO & Google Ads Specialist Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies, incorporating AI and automation, to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Manage multi-channel paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max, ensuring targeted and effective outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic recommendations, and performance updates.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead innovation initiatives by experimenting with emerging AI tools, automation, and new marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

SEO & Google Ads Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of agency experience managing multiple clients in SEO and Google Ads.
• Proven proficiency with SEO/SEM tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies, GEO targeting, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convey insights effectively.
