We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to assist our digital strategy, optimize our brand presence, and drive North American sales from our Fremont headquarters.

What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind our online growth. You will:

• Execute Campaigns: Create and manage end-to-end marketing across email, social media, and web.
• Drive Traffic: Use advanced SEO and PPC methodologies to increase organic and paid reach.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into data (Sage, ASI, Google Analytics) to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-impact marketing materials.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams and outside vendors to meet tight project deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing (Print on Demand or Promotional Industry experience is a major plus!).
• Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, English, or a technical field.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Google Ads, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and SaaS SEO tools.
• Web Basics: Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred.
• Design Eye: A strong grasp of modern design principles (color, typography, composition).
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel 10–15% for trade shows and conferences.

This position has a three month probationary period, all mentioned benefits and perks will start after successfully passing the three month probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
