About River City Wellness

River City Wellness is a neurologically-focused chiropractic office in Austin, TX. We help families, kids, expecting moms, athletes, and busy professionals learn more about natural health, nervous system function, and chiropractic care.

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Community Outreach & Event Marketing Representative to help us connect with people at local events, markets, expos, wellness fairs, and community gatherings.

This is a great fit for someone who loves face-to-face conversations, brings positive energy into any room, and enjoys helping people take the first step toward learning more about their health.

What You’ll Do

• Represent River City Wellness at local Austin events and community outreach opportunities
• Set up and manage our event booth
• Start friendly, professional conversations with event attendees
• Share approved information about River City Wellness and chiropractic care
• Invite interested individuals to learn more or schedule a consultation
• Use approved scripts and talking points
• Track event activity and follow office procedures
• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for the community

Important Role Boundaries

This is a non-clinical outreach role. You will not diagnose, recommend treatment, interpret symptoms, make health claims, or promise outcomes. Your role is to share approved information, create positive community connections, and help interested people take the next step to speak with our office.

Schedule

This role is event-based and may include weekends, evenings, and local Austin community events. Flexible availability is preferred.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation around Austin
• Comfortable standing and talking with people for several hours
• Professional appearance and communication
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Willingness to follow approved scripts and office procedures
• Sales, outreach, promotions, or event experience preferred, but not required for the right personality

Compensation

This position offers hourly/event-based pay with potential performance bonuses tied to compliant outreach activity, event execution, reliability, and team goals.
