Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into execution across digital, content, and event channels. This role drives brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support while championing the use of emerging marketing technologies—especially AI—to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability. This role is 5 days in office in NJ.

The salary range for this role is $90-110,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, including AI tools, to enhance campaign performance, content creation, and lead generation.

Stay ahead of trends in AI and digital marketing to recommend practical, high-impact applications.

Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and event channels.

Oversee paid and organic programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) in partnership with agency teams.

Develop content for web, blogs, email, social, and sales enablement.

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all communications.

Support event and trade show marketing, including pre- and post-show campaigns and booth materials.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

Collaborate with sales, creative, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.

Manage external partners, vendors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality marketing output.

Effective adoption of AI and marketing technologies to improve productivity and outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

4–6 years of experience in marketing or campaign management

Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience in B2B, events, or exhibit marketing is a plus

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and the ability to apply them to real business challenges
