Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

Teso Life is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. To support brand growth and the success of marketing campaigns, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and the group's digital strategy, carry out the execution of digital marketing campaigns, content management across social platforms, paid advertising operations, and cross-functional project coordination.

Duties

• Campaign Management – Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.
• Content & Community – Create social media content and manage audience engagement across platforms.
• Paid Advertising – Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta ,TikTok and Google Ads.
• Analytics & Research – Monitor campaign performance and analyze market trends for insights.
• Project Coordination – Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal teams to support business goals.
• Work & Cost Management – Execute assigned work plans and assist in monitoring operational costs.
• Team & Asset Support – Participate in team development and manage digital assets and campaign documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications; certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media; proven record in managing paid ad budgets.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO principles; skilled in copy-writing and digital analytics.
• Highly organized with a creative mindset; strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to community engagement.
