Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and optimize end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels
Manage HubSpot content, workflows, and marketing automations for campaign execution
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in executing multi-channel, multi-tier B2B2C digital marketing campaigns
Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or association-based marketing is preferred
Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
Experience with CRM and analytics tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or Tableau
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners or agencies
