Paid Social Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms
Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and performance accountability for paid social initiatives
Conduct campaign-level reporting and insights generation while collaborating with creative and data teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing, primarily in social channels
Deep expertise in Meta Ads and experience with at least two other platforms like Pinterest or TikTok
Experience managing a paid social budget of $10M+, with $20M+ preferred
Fluency with third-party attribution tools and comfort with AI tools
DTC e-commerce background required; multi-brand experience preferred
