What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee campaign performance across channels, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance brand visibility and effectiveness.
- Lead brand initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with ecommerce partners to align branding strategies with platform capabilities, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Leverage data insights from tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and in-app metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and integrate industry best practices into marketing campaigns.
- Lead content strategy, guiding the creation of impactful materials, including blogs, newsletters, and social posts.
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure alignment with seasonal trends and customer demand cycles.
- Represent Glowtify’s brand vision to stakeholders through presentations and strategic materials.

- Leadership in marketing strategy: Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Expertise in ecommerce: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Cloud, with past experience in the apparel, fashion, or cosmetics industries.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- AI enthusiast: Comfort in leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and align teams toward shared goals.
