Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our sales initiatives. You will work closely with our team to implement effective marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and properties.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on client inquiries.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and sales performance.
- Support client relationship management efforts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales coordination is an advantage.
