To support our students, we have built / purpose of role
This is a full-time position, that can be worked from either Coast of the United States.
What this role is responsible for:
Strategizing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of USA marketing and advertising campaigns - increasing lead volume and conversions
Driving brand awareness of Crimson’s personalized education and mentoring services and products through cross-channel campaigns and initiatives
Managing a team of marketers responsible for all facets of marketing (content, social media, campaigns, SEO, email marketing, design, events etc) in the USA and regionally in Canada
Planning and running local and virtual events to increase brand awareness for Crimson
Ideating and executing digital marketing strategies alongside a Regional Digital Marketer
Checking all content (blogs, ebooks, articles, ad creatives, case studies, webinar decks) to assure they are marketing-ready.
Working with the sales teams to increase conversions via client-facing assets
Managing partnerships lead to make sure potential partnerships are Identified and nurtured.
Monitoring and reporting on lead quality and conversion across all channels
Working closely with the Country Manager and Academic Advisor teams, building a marketing calendar that results in market growth and an optimal customer experience
As a North America Regional Manager, support the local area marketing efforts in Canada
What success looks like:
+ Via management of your team drive brand awareness of Crimson’s personalized education and mentoring services and products across the US
+ Assist in communicating Crimson’s unique offerings in all marketing materials and events
+ Work closely with the digital marketing team to maximize revenue from paid channels
+ Manage the organic efforts of team members responsible for content creation, email, and social media initiatives
+ Monitor leads and conversion with regular analysis and reporting on trends, customer behavior, and user experience - showing market growth under your watch
+ Monitor consumer and industry trends, and competitor landscape
+ Provide support for public relations campaigns, press release launch, and media relations
Qualifications:
+ At least 7 years experience in marketing with your experience including roles where you have guided strategy, managed teams and held KPIs related to revenue
+ A Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree optional) in marketing or a similar field
+ Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Storyblok, Google Analytics, etc desired but not a must-have
+ Experience in social media marketing
+ Knowledge of the college admission industry is desired but not a must-have
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher ideally in the area of marketing or communications
+ Proven content writing skills
