The role:
Apothékary is looking for a strategic and self-motivated Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage our influencer relationships, handle whitelisting initiatives, build brand campaigns, and seed new creators.You have a passion for wellness, strong communication skills with keen attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to our Brand Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Expand our influencer program by identifying and onboarding new talent while nurturing existing relationships to optimize results and drive engagement
- Focus on expanding our partnerships with health experts (such as dieticians, nutritionists, herbalists, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns with our influencers and affiliates that resonate with the target audience
- Prepare materials for influencers and affiliates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
- Negotiate contracts and commissions with influencers and affiliates
- Support with monthly influencer seeding, PR mailers, and events as needed
- Collaborate with the paid and organic social media teams to develop user-generated and influencer-generated content strategies that align with brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business goals
- Provide ad hoc support to the marketing team, including managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and handling miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution
Requirements
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record (2+ years) of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple influencer campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to execute successful campaigns and re-purpose influencer-generated content.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication & presentation skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience in wellness industry
- Experience using Superfiliate, ShareASale, and/or Dash Hudson
Time and Location:
- This is a full-time and fully remote role.
- Our team primarily works off of Eastern Time between 9:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility will be allowed between those hours, but this role will work closely in collaboration with the full time team and therefore would be expected to work between those regular daytime hours
- This position is available to start immediately. Note that job responsibilities may change based on the company's evolving needs
