Marketing Coordinator to assist our marketing team in implementing campaigns and overseeing daily marketing operations. The ideal candidate should possess photography skills along with videography experience. A solid background in video and photo editing is essential, along with a strong comprehension of social media channels (such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and an in-depth knowledge of trends and algorithms across all social media platforms. They will contribute to various marketing initiatives, lead content creation efforts, and aid in the execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing materials
- Manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithms on social media platforms to optimize content reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media content
- Assist in coordinating events, promotions, and other marketing activities
- Maintain and update the company's website and other digital platforms
- Coordinate and manage logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and webinars
- Support content creation efforts, including writing and editing marketing materials, website content, and social media posts
- Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance, compiling reports, and making recommendations for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date digital marketing assets and ensure consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing databases and assist with email marketing lists
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, GIMP, Sony Vegas Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Strong understanding of social media channels, trends, and algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing principles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
