About the Role…
- Understands the brand’s target audience needs and interests
- Evaluate and optimize marketing investments for best ROI
- Partners with the buying team identify slow sellers, strong investments, and key styles.
- Partners with business owners to ensure adherence to brand image and evolution of brand identity.
- Collaborate with retail leadership to review opportunities in client engagement including email capture rate, frequency and effectiveness of stylist posting, etc.
- Build and assess monthly CRM reports, identifies patterns in customer behavior for customer segmentation strategies
- Manages all paid ad campaigns including editorial partnerships
- Creates relevant business to consumer emails in line with business objectives
- Manages SEO strategies to improve content visibility, searchability and organic traffic
- Monitors website and Instagram key metrics for traffic, followers and engagement to make data driven adjustments to content strategy
- Oversee all website activity including updates about events, maintaining a current list of vendors, promoting styling services, and updating store hours.
- Spearheads as all in-store event initiatives
- Maintains a consistent schedule of Instagram posts and email blasts to feature new arrivals, highlight collections, promote events, and communicate trends.
About You…
- Background in luxury goods and fashion
- Canva or Adobe Express
- Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Mailchimp
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
