See a Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager to help drive the business through acquisition and retention marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will understand social media, brand marketing and the digital landscape. The candidate will have experience in the assistance of Brand building, Content Creation, Social Media channels, and digital mindset.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years in marketing experience
- Ability to work within a team environment, communicate with multiple cross-functional teams i.e.
- Creative, Planning, Marketing, Digital, and Licensing Partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of Adobe Suite
- Proficient in social media channels
- Possess good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Assist marketing team across all marketing channels.
- Support Marketing team on social media channels aligning with business goals. Be able to come up with creative ideas, edit, and create videos to be posted to all digital platforms to keep up with UGC style content needs.
- Support on generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. text, photos, video, news)
- Draft brand-right copy for social media messaging, communication and engage with brand communities
- Manage organization of Instagram DMs on a daily basis to keep the inbox clean, as well as keep up with customer service.
- Support on talent / influencer marketing (e.g. generating target lists, outreach, brief, and report / capture)
- Brainstorm creative ideas, manage communication, outreach and tracking for brand collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment on marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage Marketing Calendars to make sure updated daily for all teams i.e. promotions, photography, messaging, social.
- Perform competitive analysis, industry research to stay informed of digital and social media trends and emerging technologies.
- Understand how to track analytics across all platforms to help create engaging content that fulfills the needs of the intended platform.
- Spend time engaging with followers/ambassadors on social media daily EX: commenting, liking, keeping up with posts.
- Manage and track our athletes/ambassadors and their required monthly content.
- Working with social media team to help grow the companies Tik Tok page by engaging with followers, creating engaging content that fits within the brand, and find new tools to help with growth
- Placing/packing up orders for Influencers, and athletes when gifting is needed.
- Work to find new influencers that the company can potentially work with to help grow the reach of the brand
- Assist on photo shoot prep and seasonal samples.
- Track monthly ecommerce stories, campaign launches to ensure alignment with brand marketing.
- Monitor and support social media content alignment with ecommerce messaging.
- Monitor and support communications with international partners, EMEA, Brazil, etc.
- Update licensees and partners with brand message, campaign and other newsworthy announcements.
Salary $80,000-$85,000
