The Role
As our
Growth Marketing Generalist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving demand and expanding Origami Agents' presence in the B2B space. This is a highly collaborative and creative role that involves managing our digital channels, creating impactful content, and building scalable marketing campaigns to attract and convert high-intent leads. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and love the challenge of finding innovative ways to grow, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage Websites & Optimizations: Oversee the company website, including performance optimizations, landing page creation, and user experience enhancements to improve conversion rates.
- Email List Marketing: Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, improve retention, and engage with our audience.
- Build a New Marketing Pipeline: Identify, test, and implement new channels and strategies to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies, including blog posts, case studies, and email newsletters, to establish Origami Agents as a thought leader.
- SEO: Improve organic search rankings by optimizing on-site and off-site SEO, including keyword research, content creation, and backlink strategies.
- Web Design Support: Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the website aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates our value proposition.
About You
You’re a creative problem solver with a growth mindset, eager to take on the challenge of scaling a high-growth startup. You have a knack for experimenting with innovative marketing strategies and enjoy seeing your ideas directly impact business results.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with growth marketing, content marketing and/or partnerships
- Familiarity with sales-led growth strategies and growth funnel optimization techniques
- Lots of hustle and willingness to learn new things
- Familiarity with growth tooling like SEO, optimizing websites, email list marketing
- Motivation and flexibility to work well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly
