Objectives
- Own strategy for increasing web traffic to digital showroom and inbound lead gen, maintaining efficient CPLs, leveraging channels such as SEO, PPC, display, and 3rd-party listings - expand channel strategy across other cost-efficient lead gen channels
- Own and optimize the overall customer journey mapping, including CRM, customer data, and CRO
- Optimize website from a creative, content and experiential standpoint to create a one-of-a-kind digital shopping/buying experience (i.e. Tesla's as a north star)
- Partner closely with sales regarding client insights, lead quality reviews, and driving leads to the contact form
- Coordinate new product launches and surrounding marketing activities
Skills/Channels
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising channels i.e. SEO, PPC, and display advertising, as well as affiliates and partnerships
- Ideally some experience in consumer autos/RVs or tangential industries, experience in high-consideration/luxury consumer products is a must
- Highly familiar with ecommerce and digital sales environments, ability to build/enhance a digital brand and footprint
- ROI, data-driven, ability to set and track KPIs, and employ a test and learn framework to achieve fast results (understanding user flows, drop-offs, etc.)
- Experience managing CRM and Marketing Automation systems
- Tactical, scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset
