Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Brand Experience Associate for a global consumer goods company. As a Brand Experience and Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing 18-month strategic plans and executing annual commercialization plans to achieve profitable growth and operational excellence for assigned brands. Leveraging actionable insights, you will optimize brand strategies, drive innovation, enhance consumer and customer value, and lead communication efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure flawless execution of annual business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of brand consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers.
- Leverage data and research to uncover consumer insights and validate hidden universal truths for impactful communication strategies.
- Analyze data to optimize plans and commercial investments for improved business outcomes.
- Translate consumer and market trends into actionable marketing innovations, brand-building initiatives, and retail programs.
- Own P&L to ensure achievement of key business KPIs such as revenue, profit, market share, and brand health.
- Lead monthly operations to ensure accurate forecasting and address supply/demand fluctuations.
- Manage the brand’s consumer marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective investments.
- Develop strategic revenue management strategies, including pricing, promotions, and price-pack architecture.
- Utilize business planning cycles to create compelling narratives for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Incorporate innovative approaches to brand development, including licensing and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative/media agencies to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness and purchase frequency.
- Ensure brand identity and activations remain culturally relevant across all touchpoints.
- Drive the brand’s nutrition, health, and wellness propositions through consumer communication.
- Manage packaging updates due to product, graphic, or formula changes.
- Lead innovation and renovation projects based on consumer and market data.
- Partner with Sales and Customers to execute strategies in an omni-channel environment.
- Analyze and optimize promotional programs for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate long-term strategies into actionable annual commercial plans to drive sales and marketing tactics.
- Develop and execute marketing plans addressing product, price, place, and promotion.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with basic financial acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Critical Experiences
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and brand communication projects.
