We are seeking a Marketing Manager to assist with the development and execution of visually compelling and innovative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities and Skills
Creative Content Development
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Social Media Manager to produce a variety of marketing assets, including digital ads, print materials, website content, videos, and social media graphics.
- Develop creative concepts with a strong emphasis on storytelling and design principles to elevate brand identity.
- Assist in brand identity management by maintaining consistency in visual design and messaging across all channels.
- Partner with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, target audiences, and messaging objectives.
- Assist at photoshoots with shot lists to support business objectives.
Marketing and Campaign Support
- Use marketing analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve creative
- innovation and implementation.
- Coordinate with leads from all properties to set email schedules and ideation.
- Create and manage email marketing strategies, including automation and drip campaigns, using tools like Mailchimp.
Website and Blog Management
- Make copy and content revisions across all websites.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on quarterly website audits and enhancements.
- Assist in developing and implementing new content strategies.
- Manage blog content, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals and brand voice.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated graphic design expertise with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, website management, and blog creation.
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
