Job Description:
The Content Marketing Manager will develop and oversee compelling content that helps cement Sabio as a thought leader in the streaming advertising space. The ideal candidate has high-quality standards, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
The role requires a highly collaborative person who will work with stakeholders across the organization to support a range of short-form and long-form copy needs, including blogs, social media content, white papers, awards submissions, white papers, sales collateral, videos, and web pages. This role will also oversee Sabio’s LinkedIn strategy.
This hybrid-position will be in Los Angeles and report to the Director of Content.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Sabio content strategy and execution, developing content for: blogs, social media content, white papers, awards submissions, white papers, sales collateral, videos, and web pages.
- Plan and ensure content projects are being developed in a timely manner, as they move from ideation to creation, revision, approvals, publication, and promotion
- Proactively meet with internal stakeholders to drive content marketing plans
- Manage and scale the Sabio blog
- Stay on top of industry news and developments, understanding how Sabio fits into the landscape
- Use data to validate content performance and optimize strategy
- Ensure the integrity of the Sabio brand in both writing and editing (voice, style, tone)
- Scale content production by finding opportunities for optimizing or repurposing content
- Lead social media strategy, overseeing posts on Sabio LinkedIn
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a content or marketing role
- Adept writer, capable of delivering concise and engaging copy and translating complex subjects into digestible content
- Detail-oriented with outstanding proofreading, fact-checking, and editing
- Passion for storytelling, strategic thinking, and understanding target audiences and what motivates them
- Experience implementing content workflows and processes; comfortable using project management software, such as Asana
- Adept at project management and interpersonal communication; comfortable juggling multiple projects, delivering them on time
- Familiarity with basic industry style guide standards
- A self-starter who loves collaboration – you are comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across various teams.
- A tendency to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing a high intellectual curiosity and a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset—driven to succeed and always up for a challenge!
