We are in search of a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Product to spearhead our Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier product verticals. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement holistic growth strategies that align with the organization's overarching business aims.
- Remain vigilant to emerging trends in the marketplace and elevate the user experience within our load board to foster key customer outcomes.
- Own and direct the product strategy for the Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier segments, ensuring congruence with the company's vision, mission, and market potential to achieve business and growth objectives.
- Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives through impactful campaigns and strategic efforts.
- Assume responsibility for the product vision, roadmap, and execution, delivering exceptional leadership, market insight, customer advocacy, and mentorship within the product team and across the organization.
- Leverage a strong analytics background and expertise in data tools to analyze and translate data into actionable insights.
- Propel business results by creating value for customers across carriers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and prioritize new product initiatives based on customer needs, engagement data, growth targets, competitive analysis, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a senior leader, influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders and securing buy-in from both technical and operational teams.

- Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from \(255,000 to \)300,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Salary will be determined by factors such as location, experience, education, skill set, and internal equity.
