About Our Retail Team
Our Retail team is at the forefront of retail analytics transformation, partnering with leading retailers globally to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Through our partnership with Woolworths Group, Australia’s largest retailer, we have developed deep capability in retail analytics. We build and deploy products across every part of our clients ecosystem including, but not limited to customer analytics, personalization, merchandizing and supply chain optimization. In parallel, we are taking these proven solutions and capabilities to power our retail clients across the globe, which include some of the largest retailers in the UK and US. This is where you come in!
How will you make an impact?
- Lead the adaptation of Quantium's proven retail analytics solutions for the North American market, ensuring our products meet local market needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with major retailers and CPG companies (30-40% travel required) to understand their strategic challenges and architect solutions that leverage our advanced analytics capabilities across domains like pricing, promotions, range optimization, and customer insights.
- Guide cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver complex analytics solutions, ensuring alignment between client needs, commercial goals, and technical capabilities.
- Drive client satisfaction through technically-proficient local support and clear communication of our solutions' value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to revenue growth by providing technical sales support and helping clients understand the transformative potential of our retail analytics suite.

- Industry expertise: Deep understanding of retail/CPG analytics, with proven experience in technical solution sales and delivery of advanced analytics products.
- Technical translation: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business value, making our capabilities accessible to diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen: Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through solution sales, with strong understanding of retail business drivers.
- Global collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-cultural teams across time zones, with strong project management and coordination skills.
- Client partnership: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise and solution-oriented mindset.
- Travel readiness : Ability and willingness to travel 30-40% of the time to client sites across North America, building strong in-person relationships and delivering hands-on technical support.
