Your primary objective will be to meet and surpass client business objectives, leveraging your expertise in paid media buying and staying abreast of digital trends. Close collaboration with our Data & Insights and Creative teams is essential, necessitating a sharp focus on data analysis and detail-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the creation, implementation, and refinement of paid media campaigns aimed at achieving numerous goals, including conversions, traffic, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor, assess, and interpret campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Actively oversee campaign dynamics, promptly addressing any issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication regarding media strategies and performance outcomes.
- Analyze campaign plans, integrating insights to apply best practices that yield successful results.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and/or Programmatic.
- Knowledge of both awareness and direct response buying strategies across full-funnel approaches.
- Proficient in utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit complemented by a solid work ethic.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this position is between \(70,000 and \)80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses and various rewards.
