Role: Influencer Coordinator
Reports to: Social and Influencer Manager
Type: 3-month Part-Time Contract (30-40 hours/week) to full-time hire

Crown Affair is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our Social and Influencer Marketing Manager in executing and analyzing influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape and existing relationships with beauty and lifestyle creators. You will help drive social reach, engagement, and build lasting relationships with talent, all while managing key aspects of our influencer program.
This role is part-time, with a preference for candidates based in LA or NY, and may require up to 30% travel. You will report directly to the Social & Influencer Marketing Manager and work closely with our Creative and Brand Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gifting & Seeding:
- Proactively source, outreach, and engage with talent for gifting campaigns related to new product launches, ongoing seeding, and special occasions. Own CSV list organization and all reporting.
Mailer Project Management:
- Assist in sourcing and ordering materials for influencer gifting campaigns, while managing project timelines and budgets. Ensure that the operations team and warehouse are fully briefed on timelines.
Community Management:
- Build and foster relationships with influencers, talent agents, and other key stakeholders in the beauty and lifestyle space.
Events:
- Assist in event logistics, including managing guest lists, invitations, and providing on-the-ground support during influencer events.
Founder Support:
- Support the founder with logistics for attending Crown Affair events & coordination for social media assets for @crownaffair channels.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with creative and copy teams to ensure influencer mailers and initiatives align with the broader marketing strategies and brand vision.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Compile and present monthly reports on campaign performance, including KPI tracking, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a digitally native beauty, wellness, or other CPG (consumer packaged goods) brand, with a focus on awareness, acquisition, and community growth.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to cross-check work and ensure accuracy.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative and curious team player with a passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Networking skills: Strong existing relationships with influencers and talent managers is a plus, particularly in the beauty or lifestyle space.
- Talent Sourcing: Able to keep a pulse on rising influencers and social media trends, sourcing new talent for the brand.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to the brand’s style and across various social media channels.
- Strong analytical skills: Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, particularly for reporting campaign results.
- Experience using platforms like Tribe & ShopMy for campaign success tracking
