Marketing Manager, between $100-140,000, Hybrid, Foster City California
Marketing Manager sought for a fast-growth and highly successful healthtech/wellbeing startup based in California. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a scaling company who have been so successful in their product and offering, they’ve relied on little to no investment as they reached profitability in a short space of time. The organization is making huge waves through their treatments and use of AI technologies to support a number of patients across the country.
The Marketing Manager will be joining at a really exciting time as the business continues to scale and is dominating a huge niche in the healthtech space, utilizing modern AI technologies. As a Marketing Manager you will ideally have experience marketing for a direct to consumer or B2C product as well as experience with running and building campaigns in Google Ads and managing creative asset development. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to optimize performance marketing channels, plan and public creative asses and manage website content.
This role is offering up to $140,000 (depending on experience) plus medical and dental insurance, 401K + match, commuter benefits, flexible time off and many other benefits
In return for:
- Proven experience of progressive marketing in a high impact startup/scale up environment
- Have worked as a Marketing Manager in a B2C or D2C setting
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads with a strong understanding of paid channel platform capabilities
- Commercial experience managing website content on platforms such as Webflow, Framer, Wordpress or Wix
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for utilizing new analytics tools and developing optimization recommendations
- Experience with paid social media marketing as well as managing creative asset development processes
- Enthusiastic, passionate and keen to make an impact in the healthtech remit
