Your Role & Responsibilities: As our Chief Sales Marketing Officer (Co-Founder), you will:
- Spearhead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies.
- Drive lead generation and build partnerships to secure outsourcing projects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Innovate and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team as we scale.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally in Saas, Outsourcing, tech, and BPO services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
- Passion for building something meaningful from the ground up.
- Experience working in equity-based or commission-driven roles is a plus.
